As you may have noticed the website has been updated once more to a new and improved layout. As the webmaster, I would like to appeal to Craigielea brethren to assist with keeping the content fresh and up to date. 2008 Edinburgh Marathon

The brethren of Lodge Craigielea would like to wish the very best to Bro. Barry Dempster (W.S.D), who will be competing in this years 'Albert Bartlett' Edinburgh Marathon in aid of the Breast Cancer charity on the 25th May 2008.

Annual Dance 2008

Our annual dance for 2008 will be held in the Abercorn Bowling club on Saturday 31st May.

As usual we will be joined by, among others, brethren from Lodge St.Clements No.688, who will carry out a Fellow Craft degree at the Maxwellton Temple earlier in the day.

Re-dedication Ceremony

The Temple will be re-dedicated in a ceremony carried out by Provincial Grand Lodge of Renfrewshire East, on Saturday 17th May 2008.

Tickets are limited and are will be drawn from a lottery if the demand is great.

Commemorative Meeting

We are happy to announce that this year Lodge Craigielea will be hosting the annual celebration to commemorate the granting of Lodge Charters from the Grand Lodge of Scotland on the same date (6th May 1920) - to the following lodges.

The meeting will be held on Saturday 3rd May 2008.

Last years hosts were Lodge St.Martin, number 1217 on the Roll of the Grand Lodge of Scotland. The brethren who travelled up to Ullapool from Lodge Craigielea and elsewhere were treated to first class Highland hospitality and a good time was had by all.

The meeting will commence at 2.30 p.m and a Fellow Craft degree will be carried out by the brethren of Lodge Craigielea.
